Milan is a PhD candidate in the CORPNET project. He studied Political Science, Economics and Philosophy at the University of Tübingen, Germany. His PhD project is focused on the politics of transnational state capital and its consequences for global power relations. In this project, he sets up and use the largest up-to-date dataset on transnational state ownership relations in order to analyze and better understand the rise of states as owners in the global political economy.
Milan is furthermore interested in a variety of themes such as corporate power, transnational class agency, European integration and the future of neoliberal globalization and the liberal international order.
